Love&Co Mill Park
We brought a house through private sale from Love & co and rented the old house through them. Everyone in the team were very helpful. Special mention to Toula, she found us good tenants and also made the process quick and easy to rent our home. Also a gem of a person is Roger, always helpful and positive attitude. Toula has been nothing short of amazing. We had to travel overseas before our new townhouse settled so we engaged Love & Co to take care of the settlement/handover for us and to manage the property post handover. The process was explained to us in detail and Toula was in constant touch with us - for providing updates/answering our queries promptly throughout the settlement. The property was advertised within 48 hours of settlement and leased shortly after. The entire process has been pain free and I would highly recommend Toula and Love & Co for all your property management needs.

We had a very pleasant and uncomplicated experience renting with Love & Co and our agent Toula. Part of this time was during some hard pandemic lock downs in Melbourne during which they were especially helpful navigating some tight restrictions whilst still making things happen. Ok where do I start. Got roger Pettinella to do a valuation and asked for a realistic selling price. Happy to give him the listing. He set out my costs etc from the start. He organised everything for me . He kept me updated of every open for inspection as well as positive and negative feedback from prospective buyers. He answered all calls promptly making the sale much less stressful than my dealings with other agents . Price wise I got more than my reserve price which was great in a time of rising interest rates. Cannot speak highly enough of this person and this agency. Thanks Roger for a job not well done but done exceptionally well
