disappointing service . and expensive , did not discuss fee before started or quote rates . i should have asked . i was surprised the fee was very expensive for not fixing the problem or diagnosing the problem i understand pay for time but . i knew it was not network problem we wasted over 20 mins on that . did not research the product despite the product number being given on booking the job . i feel i paid for time watching the utube to the point where the message said application was too large and had to close . wasted over 15mins plus approx another flipping through and going over same issues 15mins ... just to see the problem i had stated on inquiry was occurring where the application would close .and watching the problem occur .. the problem and product name and type was discussed the day before and little research put into the product . just to do things i had already done to try to fix it . thats why i hired a professional . I feel let down that the time i was charged for was not very helpful and succinct in actually sorting the problem . the information was given the day before application closing . running through settings and networks should have taken only 30mins .
