Had a horrible experience today with a particular lady in Woolies. She not only refused to bill my items but also started making faces at me. I politely complained to the manager, who was actually taunting me and my lil child who was not well instead of taking any action.Woolies- pls spend sometime to improve your staffs behaviour and learn customer service from Coles!!

I like the fact they sold food there along with water. These are two things that are crucial to survival.I'm sure that if there was a zombie apocalypse you could find the nourishment you need at Woolworths.
