Anywhere Hair and Make Up

I booked and paid a deposit for my wedding and bridal party in August last year. Time passed and 3 weeks before my wedding I contacted Lorryl to advise 2 girls were no longer required. Admittedly on the invoice which I missed it states changes cannot be made 2 months out from my wedding. Loryl responded with a very rude email stating that I wasn’t being fair etc. I was so upset with her tone. She clearly was not offering to be flexible. So I (the customer) called her and accepted responsibility for missing the terms and conditions. I replaced these 2 spots with friends so that at least $350 was not going to be wasted. On the day Loryl was still doing my make up whilst the booked limousine was waiting for us. My bridesmaids and I were stressed. I had no time to take in the moment in my dress it was straight in the car. I even had to leave Loryl lock up my house because she had far too much to pack up and I could not be any more later. As a result of being 40 minutes late our photos were cut short, the light was not as good. I had to pay my photographer $200 for an additional hour etc. The wedding was perfect apart from that. I wasn’t going to express my feelings to Loryl but 5 days later I couldn’t hold back. My email was very polite and I did express my gratitude at the actual work she did as it was really good. I just wanted her to be aware of the poor time management on the day. She did not even acknowledge my email or express any apology despite my email being very polite. Very disappointed that I’ve taken to express my experience publicly. All I wanted was an acknowledgment.

Lorryl did a fantastic job of the hair and makeup for myself, my mother and my now mother in law on my wedding day on May 9. She came to our accommodation, which was incredibly convenient, and made sure to confirm everything with us. On the day, Lorryl arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and made us look amazing. Other than that she helped me to calm down when I was stressed before leaving for the ceremony. I'd certainly recommend Lorryl to anyone wanting after a mobile hair and makeup service for their wedding day.

Lorryl, Thanks for such the fantastic job you did with my daughter Aimee's hair and makeup for her formal. Aimee looked amazing and was very happy. Lorryl did an amazing job with my hair and make up for my wedding. Everyone commented on how lovely my hair was and how beautiful my makeup was. And the best thing of all.. I didn’t have to touch up once during the day or night. thank you for doing such an amazing job Lorryl!!!

Lorryl did my make up and hair for my wedding in September 22, it was amazing I could not ask for better, right from the beginning from first contact thru to the end she was professional, polite and very easy to work with. We did a trial and was very happy with the result, but on the day she tweaked my make-up and hair and wow I looked gorgeous, so many comments and best of all I took my husbands breath away....thank u Lorryl for making the experience wonderful
