Wayne is by far the best I have dealt with in the 4x4 industry! A truly decent bloke who follows through on his word (not common in the industry as most know). He sorted out a bullbar replacement for me on my Hilux and honestly the quality of work was top notch with great attention to detail! I’m fussy and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I had an OL full bullbar, Safari snorkel and spot lights installed there after poor workmanship at other locations. I was a little nervous about my new Y62 and the care given. Wayne was easy to deal with and they gave me a fair price. The quality of their work was brilliant and everything lined up perfectly. After a month of driving its as solid as a rock. They are now my go to 4wd accessories people.

Great service , Wayne and staff always friendly and helpful will take time listening and giving excellent advice .My suspension upgrade ,front and rear bar and hard lid rack have been fitted with them and will have more work done in the future .

I have been dealing quite a bit with the Slacks Creek OL store over the last 18 months on two vehicles. Had very good service each time. The work has been done as required, prices have been reasonable. The guys have followed up on one small issue without any problems. I recommend them.

The first time I entered the store just over a year ago I had great customer service from Wayne, his product knowledge was second to none and no question was too difficult. I had saved up enough money and decided I wanted to get a lift kit. I was out of my comfort zone with shopping for a lift kit for my ranger as there are so many options on the market. I popped in for a quick stop and chat to discuss what I wanted out of the package and again, Wayne’s service, honesty and product knowledge just blew me away and I ended up leaving with a deposit on a suspension package for my car. I was extremely happy with the price and service I received. Just picked up the car and was so impressed with the finish of their job I couldn’t pass up the good call out with a review.
