Great Customer service. Had a canopy window break whilst travelling. ARB Goondiwindi got the part in overnight and replaced it in two hours. Good old customer service with a smile.

Called into ARB this morning with a fault in my ARB twin air compressor (one motor was not working). Jamie assured me he would do all he could to get me back on the road as I was only travelling through in my ARB fully equipped Troopy and off road van. In a matter of a couple of hours Jamie had rectified the problem.My experience with ARB over the last 11 years has been nothing short of exemplary and Jamie's customer service to me was outstanding. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants first class service.

May i say that i am very dissapointed and dissatisfied at the service offered by this provider. I am a traveller wirh a caravan and i am having trouble with air bags. It was agreed that a new adjustable system was the way to go and while at it install a catch can.Parts were ordered on the Monday to arrive tuesday and installation on Wednesday. A 2 day delay agreed on. Tuesday afternoon rang and enquired on a time to present car wednesday. 8am car delivered to provider.He where it turns sour. 10.53am phone call to advise good and bad news. Catch can installed, no air bag parts arrived. No check was made to ensure parts were on hand prior to delvery. 2 days delayed and a job done which could have waited. Once again very disappointed and dissatisfied. Unreliable.

Awesome service. Jamie and Chaise are champions. Thank you so much guys for installing my airbags in the patrol at extremely short notice. You guys rock, really got me out of a pickle with our towing setup as we were passing through town. Great value and a pleasure to deal with these guys.

Awesome service. Had an emergency fix needed on the radiator mounts and the guys jumped onto it straight away even with the bank up if cars. Big help on our way out to birdsville. Cheers
