BEWARE!! Took my money, waited 4 weeks, unable to do their job promised and allocate me a tutor.When I explained I could wait no longer as we were now mid term they refused to refund my deposit!Definitely would not recommend!

Whilst the actual tutoring was a benefit to my daughter, getting bills itemized never happened after several requests. All very confusing ,If you cancel tutoring with the tutor you will still be billed as the tutor is not an actual employee??? (nice out there), would not recommend as they are hard to deal with and maxed out my credit card so i missed an interstate funeral because of the convoluted system, no empathy Go elsewhere !!!

Great place to work, offers amazing flexibility and can really see the impact that long- term tuition has on students. Would highly recommend to work at or get tutors from.

This is really a scam. No one should get the tutors for their children from these people. I just made a an inquiry about a tutor for my daughter. The y took my Credit card details to find a tutor. I didn't like the tutor they selected. I have cancelled the tutors service (daughter didn't take any single lesson). I phone the company to inform that I don't need the service as well as informed the tutor that I didn't require the service. These people charged me $123.42 for nothing from my Credit card. I'm going to make a complain to fair trading too. Please be aware...
