Came for an early Mother’s Day lunch and loved the food! The food quality was great and the price isn’t too bad. Nice atmosphere and good coffee. Majority of the tables are high so if you need the standard level table, good to let them know earlier.

A consistently lovely little place to brunch at. Often when we go, there seems to be only two people working but they make it all happen! Corn fitter is sensational and there are heaps of options for sides. Great selection of fresh juices and if you love a smoothie treat yourself to the mango with toasted coconut!

Very cute little cafe with excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful and I got this absolutely divine chocolate brownie. I got it takeaway and was expecting a snack in a paper bag. What I got instead was a hot brownie with beautiful presentation, that filled my whole car with a gooey chocolate smell. And for only four dollars! I would 100% go back here again

We dined here with a special deal on The Fork app. I ordered the barramundi curry it was a tasty dish with chunky fillets of fish in a delicate coconut & lime base curry with a small serve of basmati rice. The vegetable pakoras were delicious, crunchy & lots if varied vegetables. Service was pleasant & fast. Seating is on the terrace here so pets are made very welcome too.

The food was good, coffee was ok. There were a number of stuff ups with our order, owner genuinely helpful and tried, for that reason, id come back. It's got the bones for a good place.. So maybe check other reviewers when they were having a better day. I'll go again. I ate here in February.2023.

Friendly waitress & fast service, but it wasn’t busy. The frappe was delicious & our corn fritters were well presented. A bit spicy for me, but my partner really enjoyed his. Lovely location.

Would absolutely recommend visiting here for breakfast. The options are endless and the produce is fresh and comes out piping hot. My girlfriend and I ate here one morning recently and it’s very safe to say that I’ll be back visiting within the next fortnight. The service is incredible and the owner was fantastic. I got the chilli scrambled eggs (perfect amount of spice) and my girlfriend had the avocado - both fantastic!!! If you’re looking for somewhere in Newstead with a great atmosphere definitely stop by this place!

A great cafe, happy vibes and very nice and friendly staff.Cozy and warm environment. We ordered a few things Banana bread, muffins, eggs Benedict, barramundi pockets and burgers. Everything on the menu had a bit of a special touch of their own.Barramundi pockets was the winner and something new.Owners/Staff were so kind to check and confirm the meat was halal. 5 star for the food and 100 stars for the kindness to cater for everyone :)I’ll definitely be returning to try other menu items.

Have been twice in the space of a few days because food is delicious, and service is great.Have had the barramundi pocket (twice), calamari (took photo after husband started on it), nutty mushrooms, eggs your way (for the kiddo), and chips (careful, they come out hot!). Averaged about $20pp including drinks.Also nice vibe. If we had more time in Brisbane, we would likely be back.
