Dude on the phone was rude as hell. Enquired about purchasing an older commodore engine at 12:07 (several hours before closing time....) and the guy said no if you want it come up next week, you've called at lunchtime and it's in the yard, I'm not doing it today.Seriously, do you want a sale or not? I went there for a left hand side rear VE door. The bloke who worked there was extremely difficult and was in no mood to chat or even show me the door properly. He refused to give me a refund after scratching the door even though they have '7 day money back garentee' printed on there shop window. The guys apprentice was a really good kid though.

Absolutely horrible service. He first came in yelling at me because I didn't see him, claiming that he could have been talking to the fence. He then showed me the part I was after and when I didn't want it (it was in horrible condition) he turned away from me and ignored me. I said goodbye and thanked him for his time and he did not say a word. I'm appalled that he has customers still going to him as he is the rudest person I have met. VERY unhappy. His workers are nice though.
