Was looked after Dr K Jackson, who did a thorough job in our consultation. She referred me onto the right specialists to ensure my needs and requests were met. She was very kind, warm and explained everything in great detail but in a way that wasn't overwhelming. An absolute pleasure and delight all around. Very happy with the service I received. Little bit sad she's leaving. 10/10 would recommend

I would recommend avoiding Santosh. Very overpriced and rude.

It's pretty good! High quality services. I had a teeth cleaning and a general consultation related to my wisdom teeth last week with Marianne. She explained all principles to me. Clear and easy understanding! Very helpful and eased all my concerns! Very good dentist!

Worst dental ever. Today, this morning i walked in to the dental at 10am, the staff asked me to fill up the form for client registration, i followed her instruction. When i finished filling the form, there is 2 customers at the counter to purchase some item and book for their next appointment, they only have one front-staff, and she is busy. Then i sat and wait till my turn. When it's my turn, the front staff passed my information to the dentist, then he came and approach me to his room.After that, he started to ask for the details. Then he said i have cavity, he said he will do the cleaning for me as well, also advise i can get the x-ray to see my wisdom tooth growing. I agreed then we proceed for the x-ray. Then he is advise i can have another x-ray to check for the cavity as he can only see 1 cavity for now. After x-ray the doctor said TIME UP, he can't do the filling and cleaning for me today as they only have 30 min for each patients. I asked the doctor how many cavity can be seen from the x-ray, the doctor said only 1, so what is the point for the cavity x-ray that cost me $120?WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY?Then we walked back to the front counter, I heard the dentist told the front staff next time once the customer fill up the form, do not let them wait bring them to the room as the customer is unhappy for limited time.The front staff asked me which date i prefer to book for the next availability, i said i won't book it for now and the front staff showing me the unhappy face, she proceed my payment unhappily.I am serious unhappy with this.1) When i book the appointment via the phone, the guy should advise me to go earlier to fill up the client registration form.2) This dental should hire more front of staff.3) The dentist should advise that this consultation have time limit at first, so i can think whether i should clean my teeth or did the x-ray.4) There is no communication between the dentist and front of staff, I told the dentist to gave me the quote for extraction of wisdom tooth, the front of staff is so unhappy and i did not ask further.This experience is really not worth for the money. I been charged $219 for 10 minutes consultation with the dentist. It also waste of my time to go several times for cleaning and filling. I personally think this dental did that is because they know the customer are cover by the insurance company. Because they asked me more than 3 times which insurance company did I have.I would highly not recommend this dental.

I have been going to this practice for 11 years (Pacitic Smiles / NIB dental), but recently with a change in clinicians I would like to share a word of warning. For a $191 routine check up and clean, the dentist spent 15 minutes on the consult plus clean, which was intended to be a 30 minute service. This makes me doubt the level of care and thoroughness given. I go to the dentist every 6 months for 10 years+ and rigorously clean, so was shocked to be told by the new dentist I suddenly needed 4 fillings (not 1 or 2, but 4!), to which when I got a 2nd opinion I was advised it was actually not required. When I got up from the dental chair after my clean, I turned around to see the dentist scrolling through Facebook on her phone which I know is a breach of policies in many practices. Upon requesting and reviewing my dental notes, I noticed that the notes stating discussions had and advice given had not happened and not accurate. I am highly concerned about the quality and value of the service and have given this feedback to the dentist when they called me to discuss why I was requesting my dental notes and xrays. After 11 loyal years of going to this practice, I have decided to leave due to all of the things I find very alarming!

New patient to this dental clinic and they were all amazing. From the receptionist to the dentist. Just all very efficient and friendly.

Recent visit to Pacific Smiles Woden and after my checkup and clean had been quick decided to time my daughter's consult. Only 12 minutes for a checkup, clean and flouride treatment with a charge of $238. Most dental websites recommend between 30 minutes to 1 hour to adequately perform this service. While they cover the gap with the health fund it seems they are not cleaning thoroughly.

Friendly staff but check up and clean are not thorough. Only less than 20 minutes with a charge of over $200. All other dentists I had been in the past spent at least 40 minutes for checkup and clean. This place is overpriced for the service you receive. Do not recommend.

Very efficient and friendly service from receptionist, dentist and dental assistant. Dr H Patel allowed me to address any concerns I had and answered all my questions. He was very efficient for my general check-up and clean as well as my X-rays. I did not feel rushed too - I will be returning!
