Definitely get your prescriptions here but if there is any chance a product might need returning go somewhere else. Bought a Rexona deodorant spray that didn't work properly. They would not exchange it.

I have been a regular at this pharmacy for years despite having closer pharmacies in my area of residence , and I have found this pharmacy to meet all criteria to satisfy a client who accepts nothing but par excellence in their service delivery!The staff are not only friendly and attentive to their clients needs, but have superior knowledge in their products they sell.The pharmacists there are nothing but super knowledgeable, very efficient, conscientious, and their pricing is fair and reasonable, when compared to price gouging, for the same product and poorer service delivery in other pharmacies.What I have found is, don’t let distance stop you from going that extra mile to get the best service, not just friendly but more importantly knowledgeable in their products, and show a level of decency and respect for their clients.Clients reviews are important and they play a major role in my choice of place I would entrust my important health needs too. Hence, the reason I take seriously our role as clients to let other fellow consumers to know where to go, and save their pocket, emotional health and physical well-being with a tried and tested service. The pharmacist wouldn’t dispense me my husband’s pain medication because the prescription has abbreviated doctor’s name and no written instructions on how to take the medicine. He advised me that I have to go back to ED and ask the doctor to rewrite the script. Had to go to ED to get it redone only to find out that the pharmacist could’ve just rang the hospital and they can fax through a new script. All the hassle I had to go through with my toddler and newborn whilst my husband with cancer is suffering in pain! I’m furious!I also had one episode before that the pharmacist wouldn’t dispense us my husband’s pain medication even if he had a repeat script stored there. Advised me that he cannot dispense it yet because it hasn’t been 20days since the last one was dispensed, he got 3 days left before he can get a repeat. He agreed that 20tablets wouldn’t last that long if the doctor’s instructions is to take the medicine every 4 hours with a maximum of 8 doses a day. He wanted us to ring the GP to advise them that it is okay to dispense it. Ofcourse, it was a Saturday and the GP clinic is closed. We ended up without a choice, had to go to ED and wait there forever, only to get some pain relief for my husband who’s in so much pain!Never will I go back to this chemist, would rather go to the Nowra Lane branch instead.

I bought an eyeliner and found they are dry so I went back to store asked for refund. Staff told me because I opened the package they would not refund.How do I know the product is damaged unless I opened it.
