Don’t waste your time. Wanted a same day massage - they couldn’t get me anyone for more than 24 hours. They take your money for the booking without checking if a time so much later than I requested is suitable. The masseur never showed up. I had to contact them to see if he was coming. Apparently he had pulled out of the job 5 hours earlier and they didn’t notice or contact me. Hopeless.

Hi. This was my first time using Zenin for a massage in Brisbane. Unfortunately no-one was available for the massage and I didnt recieve any communication around that until I posted here. The man from zenith who contacted me was very professional and talked me through how the massage online appointment works. I dont know what the actualy massages are like but they were very good at contacting me once they knew I noone had picked up the appointment. All the best for your Covid recovery! Its been hard on everyone!

As a therapist I accepted a massage from here (my first and for sure my last) and still haven’t been paid almost 2 months later. When I advised of the problem I said it is probably because I can’t input my abn (website wouldn’t allow me, this was the problem) but no one acknowledged it for ages and eventually someone in house had To do it because the website was so poor.Even after having it inputted because the website wouldn’t allow me, it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t been paid. A total of 2 months almost.Now if I try to make contact with anyone here my calls are being ignored and messages left on read. Absolute shambles and will never accept work from here again and advise other therapists not too as it’s so poorly run. The least i expect is my wage if not more for waiting so long for it.

I bought a voucher for a pregnancy massage for my wife in Melbourne. Every time she or I have tried to book it the booking isn't picked up. Sometimes for weeks. We have tried to call over a dozen times, no one ever answers the phone. We have emailed and sent a message via the website, no one replies. They just took my money, refuse to provide the service and won't communicate. How much worse can you be?

Not a great experience at all. Was gifted a pregnancy massage, took a week and a half to be able to use the system to make a booking, finally booked this in and had no communication to confirm the booking, sent 2 messages requesting confirmation with no response. Only to be called the following Monday after the scheduled appointment to be told nobody works in the office on the weekend and it’s hard for them to find masseuses that can do a pregnancy massage or are qualified to do a pregnancy massage. My opinion is the business isn’t structured well at all, I don’t understand how you have a messaging service available in the weekend but nobody answers or why you offer a pregnancy massage option when the business already knows that it’s difficult for them to fulfil the service. More of a painful experience than a relaxing experience. Such a shame!

We attempted to book masseuses through Zenin for several locations for a corporate event. Their communication was shockingly poor - trying to contact them was painful because we could never get through to speak to anyone on the phone, and email communication was just as difficult and very slow.They finally sent through confirmations for each location with names of masseuses - HOWEVER, one week before the event they cancelled every masseuse across 3 locations. Their reason was because they thought we wanted to book them for a longer duration and it wasn't going to be worth their commute time (we had specified the locations and times upon enquiry, so why did they not take this into account when booking the masseuses?). This created an immense amount of stress on our team as we had already advertised the event to thousands of people.We will absolutely not attempt to book with them again, and if you'd like to save yourself the stress and aggravation, we would -strongly- urge you to book elsewhere. We are severely disappointed with our experience.

This company is unprofessional and unresponsive. They can not be contacted by phone as they do not answer or call back after leaving numerous messages. Email support does not respond to emails either. I need to speak to staff about getting a refund for my cancelled massage and its been 6 days since I have been trying to get through.

Worst company to book with. Firstly when you book online & believe your all booked in it's just a booking request. On the day of my treatment, hours before they cancelled. Then my voucher of $119 became $99 as if they charged me a cancellation fee for their own cancel. . As I emailed & texted about this nobody there was no help. The person texted at first, then never replies to my text even as I tried to rebook. My friend sent me another voucher & this time I tried to book via email, spoke with Frank once & then he just never replied. He did try call me after the first email but I was at work. I'm just not going to bother with this company as it's been 3 weeks & nobody could help me with a booking. I live in an area where massage is very accessible so I can find better places with better service. I do not recommend based on their inability & lack of service. Thanks

Relatively happy with the service. I had a bit of trouble with online booking at first (via gift voucher) however Martina and Riadh were very helpful and sorted it out with timely manners, absolutely outstanding customer service! All The therapists arrived on time & were very polite. However, thats all about it. Downside is that this is suppose to be convenient Services however it isn’t. I had to book the massage way in advance to secure time and the therapist of my choice and even than, there were many changes. Therapists Had to reschedule 3 out of 6 times and also, had 3 different therapist across 2 month period (had 6x gift vouchers). I don’t think I would be using it again.

Booked last minute today and got confirmed within half an hour. Natalie was on time and was so attentive. She is a great therapist and has magical hands :) Wonderful experience! Will book again soon
