Starbucks Broadbeach
This is a great little Starbucks cafe in the middle of Broadbeach it's got a great view and serves all the usual Starbucks coffees, foods and treats. It's very open and very cool in summer time great place to have a coffee even if it's a hot day. Broadbeach is a great place to stop and stay for a weekend away or just on holidays.

So, i do understand it gets busy during public holidays but how hard is it to take the right order!!!They did let us know that they were running 15mins late but atleast take the order right. I ordered something and got something totally different.Other places were as busy as them but they still got their orders correct.

I spent about 32 dollars for 4 drinks. My mum and I tried her drink first and it was disgusting. Mum poured it straight out. My brother who also got coffee, said how bad it was (burnt is what he said).My sister and I liked our frapuccinos, so it’s good for that but not coffee. Lots of good little local cafes to choose from if you enjoy coffee as much as the rest of my family does and cheaper too, around $25. Starbucks customer service was pretty good though today.

Worst coffee I have ever tasted in my life. Paid 30 dollars for me and my family and it was not worth it plenty of other coffee places that are half the prize. Would not recommend I would only recommend if you don’t like coffee. Please save your money and go somewhere else

Both of the iced drinks tasted like burnt coffee and were different flavours - couldn't drink them. Staff were a little slow with taking orders. Previously we've had frappicinos and they were no good either. Try any other coffee place around, it'll be better and probably cheaper than here sadly. The person making the coffees was super cheery though. We won't be back to risk bad coffee again.

Dropped in new years eve. The line was huge. Lots already waiting. Zero sense of urgency from any of the staff. They were chill like they were at home. The one making the drinks was actually talking to her friend from dominoes over the counter the entire time we were there. Never seen that in my life, can we just invite friends to work to keep us entertained while customers watch on? Bizarre. Sadly the drinks were poor too. If I'm going to look for positives, I guess they smiled and the store looked nice. A little bit of professionalism goes a long way.

Bustling cafe but with noticeable disarray of uncleanliness and service.Not to forget to mention this place is popular amongst the druggies/homeless who think it’s perfectly acceptable to stash pre-made sandwiches/panini’s into their pockets and occupy the tables with cups of water only and stare at all the customers to see who they can intimidate and steal from all the while the staff are non the wiser.
