All staff there are extremely helpful, especially Rosie, who’s very kind and spent so much time making all the arrangements for us. We appreciate her so much! Very fantastic experience!

The workers were all very helpful and knowledgeable about the hop on hop off schedule and info. They took time to answer all our questions and get us finding the tours in Hobart. All were very friendly. We went back to ask them questions many times and they always helped out and were not rushed. Good job young ladies and men.

A good start, lots of info, books, Brochures, maps, gifts, souvenıers. Also staff helps you for some bookings. Close to main hop on hop off stop.

This is the second time within the year that we have come into Hobart tourism and the service has been fantastic. Suzanne was so helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great trip. Thanks for everything!!

Rosie was lovely, very helpful over the phone and preparing to send someBrochures to me so that I could plan my trip to Tassy. People are lovely. They are also busy trying to help every tourist they see. Post cards and other Good quality stuffs to buy for souvenir. I really like their Fridge magnets. Special thanks to Adi who approached and assisted me very well. Cheers!

We arrived in Hobart for a ten day visit in Tassie with no plan at all, aside from the first couple of nights of accommodation and a few ideas.When wandering around the CBD we found their store and went in to get some local information. Booked a tour up to Mount Wellington because a relative said it was worthwhile. Came back and asked what else we could do. This evolved into a discussion about the next nine days. We had a loose idea of what we wanted to do:* Hire a car* Visit Bruny Island* Visit Port Arthur* Visit Cradle Mountain* Return the car in Launceston and fly home* Do lots of walksThe staff were very knowledgeable and had lots of suggestions.They suggested other cool places to visit such as Strahan for the Gordon River cruise.Before long they had built up a complete itinerary, found the car we wanted at a great price, sorted out all our remaining accomodation requirements according to our budget, and then booked it all for us.We arrived at the airport in Launceston tired, but very happy.

We couldn't fault the service and travel advice we received at the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre on our recent getaway to beautiful Hobart. Nothing was too much trouble for the employees and volunteers; whether it be recommendations, bookings, or simply locating Metro or Translink bus timetables. A special mention goes to Rashini, Chon and Giovanna for their assistance and recommendations. We absolutely loved every memorable experience we embarked on.
