Clifton Springs Boat Ramp
Every now and then I love to have a car picnic. Today it’s overlooking Corio bay and the Clifton springs boat ramp after getting a few delicious home made potato cakes at Jetty Rd Fish and chips. The bay looks amazing I wish I had of brought the boat. It’s Monday so fairly quiet but have never had to wait to long before getting our turn to launch. Good public toilet blocks a place to wash the engine out and bins for rubbish. A small beach good for kids picnic tables and rotunda.of course tis stop is not complete without the standard over ordering and the seagull feed.

Not quite the boat ramp a much higher place at the bottom of jetty road a cravelledDirt parking area with something really special a panoramic view of the you yangs with views a cross corio Bay and fishing boats and the odd jet ski roaming around

A site for sore eyes .These wooden posts remind us of what was in the last century.A lovely photo graphic site .When you look at the beach ground of this old jetty much comes to mind.

Reasonably good boat access. Very shallow at low tide though. Plenty of parking. No fees. Public toilets and fish cleaning troughs. Electric BBQs. Picnic area.

I love coming here. These stumps have weathered a lot since I first came. Great place if you wanna go fishing in the boat or off the beach. Even see jet skis here.

Clifton Springs Boat Ramp
Nice Boat Ramp with modern facilities and amenities that is super easy to launch at. We've launched our 4.2 meter tinny here plenty of times and never had a hassle, there is plenty of room to maneuver the trailer and the entry/exit on the water is easy to navigate. Clifton Springs can get very busy on nice days and there is a lot of parking but be prepared to wait for a spot when it's busy or park on the street at the top of the hill. There are parks and beaches near the ramp as well for family days out.

The boatramp is airways a great place to stop. There are several locations to launch a boat from, a local boat hire and a place to have a picnic on the grass or under a small shelter.Toilets are located on the other side near the main ramp and the beach is easily accessible.

Great boat ramp with really facilities. Heaps of parking for trailers. Toilets are nearby and an area to clean fish and have a barbecue and handy as well. The pier has just be extended and is also great for fishing with lights for night time. Plenty of squid here.
