The most lovely, up beat, happy gentleman was at the front of the store today who does the checks as you leave. It was so nice and refreshing to experience great customer service as you walk into and out of the store.

Never any bloomen trolleys at all! Been in Baldivis for 2 months and never have i seen a trolley. People were going off today, many have had enough by the sounds of it.

Great experience while shopping but how rude some people are as instead of throwing their rubbish in bins they leave in trolleys. Don't be in a so hurry that you can't even look back.

I usually love Kmart and usually customer service is great, but the lady in charge of the self checkouts at baldivis today was so rude. Older woman with short hair. Almost yelling at me to do things as I’m struggling massively… She continued to tell me to do this and that with no actual regard to help.. I had a big heavy box with no trolley which was awkward and I couldn’t do what she was angrily telling me to do, I had my hands full of things with her coming at me to do things I clearly couldn’t, not giving me any time to try and not giving a care in the world that I was struggling. Doesn't hurt to be kind. Do better.

One of my favourite places to visit once and a while to grab some new and budget friendly clothes and stationery. Recently bought some really awesome pants that I wear at every chance I get because I love how they look and feel. People seem to be nice. Place looks clean except for when customers leave unfinished drinks around the place, makes me feel happy about not working as I'm not cleaning up after strangers.
