Thank you Annie and the team for such an amazing effort on the alterations for my wedding dress! The job was complex as the dress had many layers, but Annie managed to produce a beautiful end result for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend your alterations to be done at this place!

Disgusting customer serviceThe lady tried to charge me $300 to alter my dress for my sisters wedding in which she failed to do. I had to go and collect my dress with only one month left to fix this. The previouse lady was perfect now the business has absolutely gone down hill and seem to rip customers offI have now found another lady who wanted to fix my dress and only charged me $150 for the whole dress. I would not recclomend this shop at all. Lady could not be bothered to fix my dress. Also was very quick to hand my dress back after i was trying to discuss alternative options.

Annie and the team were amazing and speedy in having my wedding dress altered to what I envisioned to be! It wasn’t a particularly straight forward job given the laces on the dress but they delivered in a week’s time! They made sure that I come in and actually try it on to confirm everything is done the way I needed it. Highly recommend the friendly team here :)

Amazing customer service and the ladies are such fun to have a chat with. I went to the shop to have a custom tailored custom and was completed in such short time. The ladies did an amazing job and I would totally recommend this place!!

I highly appreciate Annie for her service to get my dress altered. I was really busy and in a rush to get my dress done ASAP. She totally understood my rush and did exactly what I requested. And I could get my dress done in 2-3 hours which I really wanted and didn’t even expect.Thanks for understanding customer needs and providing your service so promptly.I should also mention her work is very professional. And she is very friendly with her customersI’ll definitely go to her when ever I need anything to get altered❤️Highly recommend her to anyone ☺️

A pair of wide leg pants of mine had been given to an alteration person who did alterations work from home. It was horrendously botched up that it was almost UN-wearable. I was in tears seeing that botched up job. Then I took these pants to Forest Hill Alterations. They did such an amazingly fantastic job. Completely fixed the botch up! Truly beyond my expectations.I’ll definitely go there again when ever I need anything to get altered.Highly recommend Looksmart Alterations in Forest Hill to anyone!!!!!

Yan is an INCREDIBLE tailor! My mum and I have tried lots of places over the years but we won't trust anyone else anymore.She has a wonderful eye for detail and can make anything look new and like it was made for you - from jeans to ball gowns. She's altered my dresses for my university balls the last two years. Both were high end with delicate fabric but a pretty awful fit and she made both look absolutely stunning - I could not recommend her more highly!!Attached are some images of dresses she has altered for me recently.

Did a fabulous jobIt was my first time used alteration services. Little expensive I guess. Because alteration cost $90 and outfit brought for $70. Didnt have smaller size. So had to alter as needed.
