EMCO Building

I live in a 2 year old apartment built by EMCO, to this day we still have serious roof leaks. I have endless photos of shoddy work.They tell me they lost 2 Million on the build. They have no idea.

I had just bought a townhouse that was built from EMCO and I struggled finding the internal colour schemes as Strata didn’t have them available . So I sent a kind request to EMCO requiring the colour scheme of the dwelling. I personally didn’t expect a response as the way the housing economy is going. The next day less than 24 hours I had a lovely young man knock on my door with a personalised service with the colour scheme. Thank you EMCO for the great service.

Got the go ahead to do a couple large pine tree removals for Kiara college upgrade turned up on the saturday as expected to find nothing ready fencing,palkrt of bricks,an ewp which was stuck under tree.then was asked for whitecard in induction.didnt have copy on me nor did crew but was able to obtain number site manager derrick was not very helpful.ended up pulling the pin due to going out to see him to only find derrick no hard hat on standing between a big front end liader towing the stuck ewppretty sure thats alot worst than no hard copy of whitecard .also pulled tge pin due to muster poin/site office and first aid area being directly under one of tge trees.theres noway we can have people walking underneith a tree getting dismantled and rigged to the ground
