I have used Kevin Kelly at AVS on multiple occasions over the years and have found that the job is always done quickly, on time and remarkably professionally. There is no one either in Karratha or indeed Perth with Mr Kellys breadth of knowledge of the market in the Pilbara. Being on site lowers the cost too and value is very good. In my opinion the only choice, particularly if you have a property that is not run of the mill residential. AVS are the only ones who can do complex vals like dongas, pubs, vacant heritage land, whole towns, gas plants etc etc. Highly recommended.
