We paid an $1100 deposit to pick me and my bucks party up! After they were an hour late, we tried to call multipul times. And I mean hundreds of times, they almost ruined my whole day! No one got back to us just completely took our money and left us out to dry.Luckily we got hold of a different company who came and picked us up what legends!Terrible experience and would not recommend these guys to anyone!Ps: they don’t even deserve 1 star it’s just mandatory to select it!!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDBlatant thieves! Took over 1k for a bucks party and were a no show. If you enjoy being stolen from, definitely use this company! Otherwise take your hard earned cash elsewhere. Take money & give zero service. All forms of communication on the day unavailable with absolutely no response or explaination, still to this day. Formal action in process. Be warned.

My daughter has been asking for her deposit back for months now with no return of emails or phone calls, will never use them again, it's no way to run a business, Bradley is the worst communicator.... DO NOT USE THEM.

Jodie is the best host we have ever had! We have been on many wine tours but she was unique, she kept the group in line but also had fun with us. She refilled our drinks and provided bobby pins when girls needed. She is the best Party Rock bus host we have ever had.

Do not use. I really wish id listened to the reviews.Been trying to get ahold of them for over a month get get my $200 deposit back.We followed all their rules and didnt break of vomit anywhere.No communication on their end after you give them money.

Bradley has ripped off $600 deposit from a young girls birthday party..... Will not answer calls to explain ... rather then communicate he blocks you and does not answer calls emails or texts ... this guy and associates are heartless thieves of the worst kind !!! Be very aware of doing any business with these parasites ........... I wish I could give a -5 .. thieves

RIP OFF AND DODGY. Nothing but rude management from brad. Doesn't return calls or even answer his phone. Doesn't give back refunds and tries to keep peoples eskies that we organised to pick up. Made out he had no knowledge. Stay right away from this company. Tried making contact and blocks us off fb. Been over a month and still no bond returned.
