Purchased a hose jet nozzle 3 months ago and it ceased working properly. I took it back to Bunnings where I easily and effortlessly replaced the nozzle. The staff were experienced, well trained, personable and quick.I like the plant section here. It is really big with a great diverse selection. There are fruit and vegetables, herbs, Indoor and outdoor plants, succulents, cactus, flowers and air plants. All healthy and well maintained.They also stock soil, pavers, playgrounds for kids, turf, garden ornaments, compost bins, landscaping materials, sleepers, sand, rocks, lighting and loads of different pots.Garden staff are helpful and know their stuff.

Came late in the afternoon, I was informed by Mitch who was in the area, that the trade desk had closed.This was as he was leaving, presumably at the end of his shift.He could of continued on, redirected me or became annoyed as others would,He instead took time to go through my inquiry and helped iron out the details for an order I have in the system.He was willing, keen and knowlegdeableGreat work deserves recognition,thanks mate.

How good is Bunnings. This one is a decent size too. They had the sausage sizzle stand out front on the day. Came to buy paint and supplies. I had an idea of what I was after but didn't really know what brands to choose. A really helpful staff member helped me with my paint and trim selection, gave me advice on rollers and an extension pole to buy and gave me tips on how to clean and store the rollers for later use. Very happy with the service & prices.

Wow! I have to say I have purchased many items over the years and have been happy with the services provided. On this occasion my wife and I met Quinn and he exceed all our expectations. Deb on returns counter is friendly & very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Twice she has shown me how to use intricate electrical tools I've purchased. Then assisted me with isle numbers for other items I needed. Thank you for great customer service!

Today, we had the best customer service, which started from entering and being greeted by a very friendly male staff member. The wonderful service continued with two lovely female staff who were helpful and very engaged with us. They were welcoming and attentive to our Granddaughter as well.Thank youGreat work Staff.

Clean tidy store. Fast efficient staff that are helpful in finding products.... not as good at product knowledge and if it was a new staff member no Innitative to go find out (for both me and them) I only mention this as it's happened a few times over my visits. Otherwise great products super friendly staff and a good shopping experience
