Moved into residence 1 year ago. Had the 18 year old Rheem Stellar 330 gas fired storage type hot water heater fail on me (continuously steaming and venting through one of the expansion valves). Stumbled across Plumbdog's Youtube channel while looking up general info about the Rheem unit model. They have some insightful & informative videos with Richard showing and explaining what services they perform, general impression on various equipment they run across etc in the Perth region. Massive thumbs up on that as it gives you the prospective customer confidence in what a job may involve and how it will be done. Had James and Chris out to scope out job and participated in the diagnosis (previous owner had not serviced unit and not replaced anodes -> leak in steel tank). After accepting quote I was provided with a temporary hot water heater until replacement could be installed, which was very beneficial given I had some delays on my end to replacement date. James and co were knowledgeable, punctual (text message system gives you heads up that they are on their way and an ETA), professional and did a good job. Happy enough, would recommend.

Had roots growing thru the pipe so contacted Plumdog plumbing . Cannot fault the work that has been done!!!. James went that extra mile to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Thank you James. Very happy customer.Chris.

Highly recommend Darius from plumbdog for your plumbing needs, very professional, very experienced.Darius had to remove an outside brick to get to the leaking copper pipe, fixed the damage and replaced the brick, couldn't tell the brick has been pulled out.Very happy customer!Thanks again

I found Plumbdog Plumbing through a Google search as we had a water leak. Fran was very friendly and informative and booked a plumber to come in the afternoon. Darius arrived and was also very friendly and informative. He discussed the problem with us and fixed the leak in a very timely manner. We will definitely use Plumbdog Plumbing again.

After being told by several plumbers in Perth that our vintage Fowler toilet couldn’t be fixed, we finally found Darius!He was friendly, professional, got the job done and brought treats for the dogs!The receptionist I spoke to was also great. 100% recommend Plumdog, especially if you have a tricky job that others refuse to do. Richard, Chris and Darius worked tirelessly to rectify a huge sewerage problem we had. All were extremely efficient, friendly and totally professional, in not so pleasant weather conditions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a job well done.
