Thank you for the great service. The lights were off and store closed but when they saw me walk away the owner opened the door and asked if he could help. I said what I was after and would come back the next day but he insisted on helping me there and then. This is why I buy local from a locally owned company.

Best customer service I have ever experienced. From walking into the store you are able to identify the passion and knowledge the guys truly possess in helping you make the right purchase. In addition to this a great selection of products. However, a limited range of refrigerators. Otherwise the best home appliance store in Griffith.

I was told they had one vacuum left when I ordered it. Got to the store and it was apparently floor stock that they couldn't even be bothered packing it back in the box .I told them it would move around in the tray of the Ute got told to just lay it on the floor with a car full of children. Will not be going back to the Griffith branch again.
