I would just like to thank Jackie and her very professional team at Simpicity at Salisbury. Also Sharon the celebrant.The whole team are very careing and made this terrible time just that little bit easier to bear. I would not hesitate to recomend Jackie and her team in this time of unbearable sorrow. Thank you all so much.

I would like to say a big thank you to Carol and the team at Simplicity Salisbury for the care taken of Mum.Carol took wonderful care of Dad during this difficult time helping him make Mum's funeral exactly how she would have wanted it.I am interstate so her caring nature and empathy with Dad during this difficult time making arrangements made me feel better knowing he was in such good care.Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to finally meet Carol and thank her personally.I highly recommend this team.

With care and compassion, Jackie and Sharon guided us through this difficult process with the utmost sensitivity and warmth. Everything went so smoothly there was absolutely nothing that went wrong or that could add to the stress of our loss. With each part of the process we could breath a little sigh of relief and confidence that the day would go well and would be personalised to honour our unique and wonderful mum. My family and I wanted to share just how wonderful our experience was with Carol at simplicity at Salisbury. In such a surreal time of numbness and pain of losing my beautiful father, Carol was a breath of fresh air that made everything simple for us. She made us feel valued and how my father looked in the day was wonderful.Carol turned what was a devastating experience in to one that I will now cherish. I never thought I would want to view my father out of the worry of it not looking like him and that would be my lasting memory however Carol made sure we got to say goodbye exactly how my father wanted it and I am so glad I did as he has never looked more beautiful and rested. I highly recommend anyone in these very saddening situations to go and see Carol at the Salisbury location. She is phenomenal and we appreciate all her hard work.
