Excellent experience yesterday with Edison and Jefri..happy,friendly, helpful and professional service. When my partner pays his phone through telstra he's swaping to Optus :) cannot rate them high enough ! 10/10

I had a new phone I had purchased previously from the city store and needed to transfer all data from old to new phone. No idea how to do this.The level of customer service and support I received from Can and the team at Rosny Optus was brilliant, abd they were so friendly and patient.I highly recommend heading to Rosny Optus as I do not get that level of service in the city store.Thanks guys

The staff took my dissatisfaction with my phone and turned it into a fabulous new product and excellent service - i upgraded due to trouble with my phone that i wasnt happy with and the team were so willing to find a solution for meSpecial shout out to store manager Jefri at Rosny - he offered a price match with my new product and made sure every aspect of my contract and product was perfect - definitely will be dealing with Jefri and the team at Rosny everytime

9 months agoSeriously I can't recommend this store highly enough. The Hobart store leaves a lot to be desired so it is so refreshing to walk in here and experience such a high level of customer service and efficiency. I have dealt with Jefri on all occasions and he is by far one of the most helpful and pleasant people I have come across, he is phenomenal. The manager there is equally pleasant and they go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. I live in Sandy Bay but will always make the trip to this store and bypass the town store.
