I used Lawlab for the sale of my home it only just settled on the 18/5/23. I have to say Logan and Rikki were amazing to deal with alway responding quickly to questions etc. The Rundl system made things so easy. I cannot recommend Lawlab highly enough. I had Mymy on the case from the start and she was excellent. The buyer and their conveyancer kept extending the finance due date - that happened about six times which was freaking me out and everything was very disorganised with numerous mistakes from their end. I did suggest to the buyer she use Lawlab as well which would have meant it was a quick and easy settlement. The settlement dragged on and on but there was not much we could do but ride it out and then the settlement date was extended. Liz Hoy came in at the end to wrap the process up and was equally professional, competent and, like Mymy, able to calm me down when I was thinking the buyer was just playing games. The Lawlab team absolutely earned their very reasonable flat fee. If I had to go through a regular solicitor and get charged for every call and email to try to find out what was going on it would have cost me thousands. Anyway a massive thank you to all the awesome team at Lawlab, especially Mymy and Liz. Couldn't be happier!!

Very helpful team! Roxy was very accomodating entertaining questions that are too technical for my understanding. The Rundl platform helped a lot in consolidating communication within the team (from Mortgage brokers, Buyer's Agent, Seller's Agent, Solicitors, etc). The steps in Rundl also helps in giving an idea where the person is at during the entire journey and the team never fail to remind me about preparations prior to committing to a sale up to settlement.
