Fantastic service and communication from Ludo aka Mr Loo. We had a dodgy leaking loo from a previous install gone wrong and Ludo was able to quickly find the problem and fix it for us - and fix our leaking taps and showers. Pump is no longer coming on and no more wasted water! Great prices, fast response - so glad he’s our local plumber!

I would like to leave a detailed review so that you know why I am so impressed by him and his team.I am a woman and I have found, unfortunately, that most tradesmen tend to boost their prices when speaking to me. Plumbers tend to be no different. So when it came to doing the plumbing renovations in my apartment I was rightly nervous.I received 4 plumbing quotes and met two plumbers in person. The second plumber literally quoted my more than double for the work that LUDO did for me.What impresses me most about LUDO is that he is unassuming and modest and he did not walk into my home with a chip on his shoulder. He was not boastful or dismissive and he took time to ask questions and to actually listen to my replies.He was keen to help me with my plumbing project. After a few minutes it became apparent to me that I had finally found a plumber with integrity who did not judge anyone else but who would be someone that would not take advantage of me. After his visit the scope grew and eventually he spent the entire day doing multiple plumbing tasks from installing toilets, taps, vanities, hand held trigger spray and more.Nothing was too much effort and everything was done meticulously. He managed to do it all with a smile and a positive attitude.His apprentice, Jackson, was also very friendly and polite.All the vanities, toilets, taps and packaging was removed without fuss and LUDO did his best to make sure that everything was left in good order.I highly recommend Mr Loo as a reliable and fairly priced plumber. I would absolutely use this company again.Please note: Mr Loo can do work in the Glass House Mountains and surrounding areas and they can travel as far as Brisbane, Gold Coast and Noosa.Whilst they do private plumbing jobs, they are also willing to work with body corporates for maintenance and to do insurance repair work.Most of all I appreciate the politeness and genuineness of both Ludo and Jackson.
