One of the best butchers in Launceston. Nothing is ever too much trouble.Always happy to crumb up some lamb cutlets for you or roll up a roast with seasoning.A little higher in price than some other butchers but you get what you pay for.

Very good Butcher outstanding customer service all staff go above and beyond to accommodate every single customer's needs and wants. Very well priced and the quality of meat is highly exceptional. I certainly will be back and have highly recommended other people. Couldn't be more happier with my purchase of 1/2 a deer and 1/2 a sheep.

Great service I always use the tips given by the butchers they are friendly. The wallaby jerky is the best ever and ethically sourced and locally made. For quality meat and smallgoods and great service this is my go to.

Great team and extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the wonderful products they source butcher smoke and sell.Ordered a leg ham for Christmas - it is without any hesitation the best I have had in my 60 years. Sadly finishing the remnants after three weeks - still moist andsmoky - think will need one for Easter.

Amazing butchers with some great quality products. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of meats we picked were perfect and just so tasty. Selection of cheese was also good. Local brands and local produce. Would highly recommend if you are looking to shop local and have some amazing meats and cheese with your amazing wines

Picked up some aged sirloin, t bone and lamb cutlets and loved how tasty they were on the weber BBQ. Highly recommend.
