Wow this is such a great little shop. Letisha the manager is just delightful, knowledgeable and helpful. The shop looks great, they have fabulous gifts, it really is a one stop shop. I always come out with not only a couple of books but also a little something extra, inside out umbrella, book light, games, blue light glasses the list goes on. Good on you & thank you

Great book selection but rather rude staff. Seemed very put out to serve me and get off the phone. I would agree with other reviewers that the service could be a lot better. I walked out thinking why would I buy here again. Such a pity for a local shop.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Gleebooks. I had an urgent delivery that needed to be done late on a Friday afternoon after another delivery company let me down for a very special occasion. James took my order, gift wrapped it, and personally delivered it to my elderly fathers house on his way home Friday night. Doesn’t get better than that. Give James and the entire Gleebooks team a Gold Medal. Thanks.

I really love visiting this book shop. The staff are really helpful, and they are able to give great recommendations. This has been especially important with my children finding it easy to learn to read, so they wanted slightly more challenging texts, but still with age-appropriate plots. They also helped get me over my aversion to graphic novels when my 12 yo daughter didn't want to read novels anymore. Staff were able to show me some graphic novels with quite beautiful and intense plots.It's also great for gifts, with a range of non-book top up gifts, cards and wrapping paper.

I so want to love this bookshop, great cosy shop, fabulous cafe next door. But every time I walk in I'm greeted with a frown or disdain. I wish that Gleebooks would convey this feedback to their management and do something about it. This place could be so much better! I want to buy local but instead I'll go online.Thanks for your response Morgan - I will happily follow up but suggest you check multiple other comments here with similar feedback.

Just happen to be walking by with my dog and decided to I take a look. Been looking for a particular book lately.The gentleman working was very helpful. Found what I was looking for straight away, and the book was discounted!So if I find somewhere that lets me take my dog in and the service is great I'm a pretty happy customer.Would definitely recommend this nice little bouquet book store :)

A cosy bookstore with a wide selection.The service is excellent, the environment is pleasant, and dogs are welcome!I think any pet owners who are also avid readers would enjoy this establishment.

Highly agree that the book selection is amazing in this store; however I felt that the person attending the shop today was doing me a favour as opposed to serving a customer in a friendly manner. As other reviewer here, I felt treated with disdain. I feel very disappointed when I want to support a local business.

Great selection but just didn't expect the frosty customer service at checkout. The lady didn't have clean fingers and got some lipstick on my book cover when she touched it. I wiped it off without any comment from her.
