They started the facial at 5.25 and finished it at 6.13.So disappointed a waste of money .they were so busy chatting away in Chinese all the time.i booked the expensive facial but I wish I had gone to the British girls instead .this was my first and worst experience. They gave a basic facial which would have cost 35 dollars.wish I had not tried the Groupon at all

I did my lash there two weeks ago, with out any explanation, she put some very hard extensions for me, it was very uncomfortable, I thought that how it's felt when you have your lash extensions. However I checked other people's comments on line, that's not the right feeling. So I went back to the shop yesterday, ask the lady to remove my old extensions, and put some softer ones on. And I paid $20 for the removal. The new ones, quite soft, but you can bearly see them, need to put mascara. And I showed her the photo, I want to nature look(longer lashes at the ends of the eys) she did perfect on my right eyes, but very bad on the left side. I need to go back to her, let her fix it for me.

terrible and so unprofessional!!!! the IPL laser facial has cause damage to my mums right side of her face and head, causing her to be in excruciating pain and loss of eye vision. She responded with it was not her fault, when the doctor and optometrist has proven clinical results of 3 damaged nerves that can cause permanent damage. I dont know what i can do to help my mother but I do want to warn others who happen to come pass this, to never never visit this woman's store, the owners name is Wendy, and she is not genuine and responsible for this situation. I would give negative -5 stars if i could, but even 0 stars is not an option to post this review.

Very scary experience. Avoid this place at all cost! They are using very low quality products that can be very harmful!

Went in to get my ears pierced (x2). Not only did the lady proceed to do them in the waiting room, she didn't wash her hands first, or wear gloves. The piercings don't match, different gaps on both sides and crooked. No after care was given and was charged $100.

I had reactions to the glue she used, red swollen spots on my eyelids for which I had to go to the GP and get treatment! Very scary experience. Avoid this place at all cost! The people working there are under-knowledges and they must be using very low quality products that can be very harmful!

The worst experience & the most painful experience ! I went to get eyelush extension done today. r was late for appointment due to groceries shopping. she was taking 8 phone calls while she putting the lushes on for me.so unprofessional！and during process and after , my eyes feel sooo sting. when i Finally can open my eyes properly to see the work, all i can see is the quality of lushes is so bad, looks like two plastic sticks are hanging on my own lushes. Never come back. I don't recommend this shop to anyone. But the owner is quiet friendly.

This place is a good eatery,they do fresh produce meals.Their wonton soups are the delights to my kid! The prices are very reasonable from $12 to 16 for a main dish.They also come with fortunate cookies.The best part is the service is polite and well mannered!

I made my eyelashes extension here and everything was lovely. Calm and relax environment, I even fall asleep during the process. Thank you very much for the service and I LOVE my new eyelashes.
