Proactive Spine & Sports Medicine are amazing. I have been coming here for a few years now. All of the staff and practitioners are amazing, caring and skilled. They take the time to explain and make you comfortable with your treatment which is important to me. They have never failed to have me leave better than when I crawled or shuffled in.

Dr Matthew Bugge is extremely professional and supportive. He demonstrates a strong sense of care throughout every appointment, his knowledge and positive nature is the reason why I continue to attend and recommend his services.

I can’t speak highly enough of this placeI’ve had an awful couple of days wasting hundreds of dollars elsewhereUntil I took my husbands advice to see proactive.They got me in the same day that I calledAnd even called me earlier saying they had an earlier appointment available.I had a random case of frozen neck and I went into a panic unsure what my options were to fix it. I was in the worse pain over ever felt.I had the most pleasant experience with pius.I suffer with social anxiety on a day to day basis and felt instantly relieved once I met him.(I had low expectations due to how bad of an experience I had previously from a physio the day prior)He’s not only friendly but super informative!It was refreshing to deal with someone who is so knowledgeable and helpful.Although my neck wasn’t able to crack and be aligned on my first visit, I still received a clothed massage, stretching and exercises. My nerve pain definitely decreased after my visit.Once I got home I was able to lay down for the first time 48 hours and manage to move my neck a bit more and have a nap! I couldn’t believe it!I still have a while before my necks back to being good but I can’t thank you guys enough for helping me out in such short notice!

Knowledgeable, professional and effective chiropractic clinic. I've experienced some painful issues in my lower back and right shoulder which were uncomfortable. The thorough examination and treatment plan provided was excellent. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Thanks guys! You're the best! Comfortable waiting area too.
