Lameroo Lakeside Caravan Park
Great place for an overnighter. Good grass coveted sites, showers and toilets were clean and worked, and was one to town. The free barbecues were on the Lake with a delightful view. Picking up the key was a bit tricky, having to visit the hotel down the road first. Otherwise, worked out well.

Lameroo Lakeside Caravan Park
Park is beautifully maintained and well appointed. We paid $25 for a powered site. If you can get there before anyone else our site was 1B with a beautiful tree shading us from most of the sun. The lawn was so soft underfoot you didn’t need to put out mats. Showers are hot and clean. Hotel an easy walk for a coldie and a meal. The picture is of the tree we set up under♥️

What a disaster from the very unfriendly lass at the hotel to get a key, to the dirty restroom then finding we were placed next to the bogan campers from hell who were making a campfire from local rubbish and playing heavy metal music loud enough for the the next postcode to hear. We lasted 40 minutes......It's what you get when there is no management at a camp you pay for....Never again LamerooSee my review on the peace and serenity we found down the road at geranium

Fantastic park, power, water, toilet and showers. Short walk to town centre, only $25 per night.We enjoyed the lake , so many frogs calling from the ponds, a lot of railway history with the early days of the town, pity the trains don't still run.

Easy drive in grassy sites @ $25 for power and water is wonderful! Pay at the pub. We spent money at IGA and the pub ( pokies). Thankyou Lameroo!!

Just used the toilets driving through. So clean. A bit of maintenance needed on the locks maybe.

Lovely grass sites and good amenities. The booking in process is bad as you must go to the pub which is 300 metres away. When we arrived there was a group of ferals spread out on our site. Not so good.

This is what every town needs for travellers, clean amenities, power and water, dump point, walk to hotel to pay and get the key for power box and toilets, flat grassy ground, well done to Lameroo..
