Our Narre Warren South IGA is a good place to shop,as it has many items that other shops don't have, also never busy when we go there so it's relaxing to wander aroundalso if you are lucky there are several parking spots right outside the door.

Asked a staff member here if this supermarket has a toilet and was told no in a very dismissive way. I felt unwelcome.Won't visit again.

I gave this lady $3 when the total amount was $1.85, and she gave me 15 cents back. I told her I gave $3, but she gave I gave her $2. So I told her to check the cameras and she said no you gave me $2. Obviously, she needs her eyes checked as she could be blind or something and therefore I just left it because I didn't want to cause anymore scene. Total scam.

Clean, fresh store and lovely team members

Rude and unfriendly staff. The prices are always mixed up, there are sales on full price items which gets customers confused during checkout. They have poor customer service everytime. Bad experience.
