I have purchased an inkjet printer and toners and cartridges for five years and have found their services second to none and their prices very competitive. I have at times ordered the wrong toners (completely my fault) and Jon helped to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

I contacted them prior making a purchase and spefically asked for printers with replacements warranty. The owner Jon initially told me via email that all his equipement comes with a warranty as ACCC laws. The printer came with no cables to attach to the computers or connect in order to start. I contacted Jon, as machines usually come with proper cables to connect them. He said the cables are not included, I was pretty shocked that a $1100+ printer doesn't come with proper cables. It was NOT a wireless printer.After a lot of buts and ifs, Jon agreed to send me the USB cable to be able to use the printer. Just within a week of using the printer, it started ink splatting on paper, faded printing, low colours and uncrisp non bright colour printer as advertised by OKI. The paper would get jammed frequently (there was no jam, the error was wrong) and the printer wouldn't work for days. The jam happened again and lasted for over a week. This time around, I panicked contacted Jon as my business relys on printing. Jon was extremely rude and unprofessional, when I told him the issue, he bluntly told me, So

Response to owner's comments Ana Fatima's review.You called her 11 times at the most unconvienient time, mate. She was caring for me as I was in the hospital having surgeries and she was alone with two children which she made known to you that she is best contacted via email.Regarding the process, you didn't allow her for a replacement and only kept saying your warranty only covers on-site repair not replacement while she contacted you within weeks of purchasing still under 90 days warranty as per your website, which you changed to 90 days of cartridge only replacements when she messaged you.Yoiu kept telling her to get replacement authorisation number from OKI, while OKI said the supplier provides the authorisation form as well as any replacements. You didn't have any authorisation forms on your website that time around, but now you do.You recommended her an inkjet while she asked for a laser. She was not looking for an inkjet as she already have one. You didn't follow your own process of replacement, caused her stress and a loss of money, and kept telling her she is a time waster to be contacting you, seriously mate, you are the supplier, its your responsibility to help. You kept calling her and emailing her to call OKI.The printer has since been dusted and just laying around because it is useless and not as described by OKI and its description for bright crisp colours. When a product is not as described the customer has a right to reject the product as ask for replacement and refund, which you didn't acknowledge. You only wanted it to get it repaired which didn't work anyway. You costed us a loss of $1100 and now claiming to have a two sided story. Funny after two 1 star ratings, you suddenly got so many 5 star reviews, glad your friends have your back while you scam people by changing terms and lying.EDIT - Attached photos of order confirmation June 5th - the order wasn't sent out yet. Received the order the same week. The problem was made known to JON on August 14th. Which is 70 days (under 90 days) that Jon is blatantly lying and saying he has the timeline that the we contacted him after 90 days. The wifey did contact OKI before contacting JON, he was being repeatitive and asking her to call them again and again, she emailed and CCd jon in the email, where JON started lying that Ana is asking him to fix the printer, he is the dealer not a technician and to explain Ana the difference between technician and dealer. Which makes Jon a LIAR. Jon blatantly told my wife what she wants him to do and contact OKI, while in the email she states she contacted OKI and they said to contact the supplier for exchanges or refunds. Jon changed his terms and conditions from 90 days return to 90 days cartridge only returns. Jon changed his Terms to avoid the return / exchange. Which makes you a scammer for changing terms to avoid a return / exchange.Jon kept saying he is happy to help, but needs an authorisation number for the return - these are provided by the resellers i.e. JON. He knew she cannot get Authorisation Form / Number from anyone but the dealer / reseller hence no return / exchange. She called and emailed OKI who said its the dealer job to do the return / replacement if the machine is not working.Ana complained to Zip due to his conduct and unsolicited comments. Agreed for a repair which the technician couldn't tell why the colours are not working properly and why there are jam issues. We have used laser printer for printing and labelling with no issues. Jon claims he advised against the printer, he actually advised against ALL LASER printers claiming the heat is very hot and it melts the labels and ruins the machine. He advised to buy an inkjet - we already had an inkjet we were not looking to purchase an inkjet. We moved the houses, the damn printer is sitting in dust for in use at all.I am sure now people are shaking their heads reading your stupid comments in the emails instead of providing customer service. You may not be a scammer, but you sure are a lying idiot.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Ordered a replacement cartridge for my old HP laser printer on Sunday night and selected a clone cartridge on suggestion by Cartridge Specialists. It arrived Tuesday morning and looks identical to the HP original cartridge so loaded it in no problems and works a treat. Already printed several hundred pages and the quality is just as good as the original HP cartridge. Hope it lasts but am already in front as saved several hundred dollars on the purchase. I contacted the seller prior to making my purchase to confirm that they did in fact had the item(s) I wanted in stock and that they would be shipped to me the same day. The Managing Director Jon assured me that they would be shipping the item(s) that day. My order was updated to 'Shipped'.The seller contacted me five days later to advise they have no stock (nor did they ever clearly). I find this to an extremely unethical practice and would not recommend this business to anyone.- Extremely Disappointed
