incredibly rude and arrogant, did not test according to Dr's referral and when questioned refused to respond. Totally lacking in professionalism and showed no empathy towards my child. There are some good health professionals in Orange, unfortunately Douglas Hanly Moir haven't employed any.

Great facility, minimal wait time and Nadine was fantastic. I dislike needles but she helped make it a good experience. Next time I don't think I'll be so worried!

Had a PCR test done for travel. Process for collection was easy at their drive through site, staff were friendly and received results 14 hours after the test by email and text.

Orange covid testing took my wife and four kids 4 hours to wait in line to get done on 4/1/21. Now results are taking 6 days or more. Pathetic garbage. I got results back from a testing site in Bathurst within 2 days. If I had know it would take this long I would've got them to drive two hours roundtrip to Bathurst because it was quicker to get tested AND for results.
