My partner and I have been members at UBX Mayfield for over twelve months now and have never looked back. Personally I was apprehensive about joining a gym but decided I wanted to try something different in a gym. UBX (formerly 12RND Fitness) has offered me everything I ever wanted, from expert coaches that guide and encourage you to just feeling you belong in the relaxed and fun atmosphere that is non-judgmental and totally accepting of every level of fitness and ability. You will never regret giving this gym a go!

Great training facilities and trainers. They are all very supportive and approachable and more than willing to push you harder or tailor a workout to suit any limitations.The workout themselves are nicely well rounded and constantly being changed up so they don't get repetitive and boring.Highly recommend.

UBX Mayfield East is a great gym for people of all fitness levels. Set exercises that change daily at each of the 12 stations make it great for people that lack direction or the know how but can't afford personal training and no set class times make it great for people with varying schedules. The trainers are extremely helpful and always greet you with a smile

I used to go to your average gym and just do weights by myself, but I was looking for something more. Somewhere a little more social, where it’s harder to slack off, I don’t need to come up with the workouts, and is flexible, and UBX ticked all the boxes! The team at UBX Mayfield East are absolutely amazing!! It’s a very encouraging and supportive environment. Phil and Carrie are amazing coaches, always there to help out! They help me become fitter and stronger, stop me slacking off (but let me rest when I need it), help me improve my technique, learn new skills, and become more confident. The workouts are all pre-set and new every day so I don’t even have to think about that, and it’s always something new and exciting. The way the gym is set up allows people to rock up anytime during their opening hours and get started (no fixed class times) which gives me the flexibility to workout around work and study! Plus, the team have optional challenges every so often (enough to keep things fun and interesting but not too often that you can’t keep up with everything), so you can push yourself and feel accomplished! I totally recommend UBX Mayfield East to anyone looking for a fun, supportive, structured environment to improve your fitness and life!!

This is an amazing gym for so many reasons. The best thing for me is the flexibility that UBX offers - no set class times means I can go whenever I want which is amazing when you run a small business. The workouts are awesome because they work the whole body and the trainers are amazing and motivating and keep you smiling even when you’re exhausted.

I cannot speak highly enough of the trainers and clients at UBX Mayfield East. They are all magnificent.I was in Newy from interstate for a couple of days, and asked to do some sessions. Man, I’m glad I did. Phil, Carrie and Jack could not have been more welcoming. And, their zest & enthusiasm as trainers is next level. The workouts were great.I was lucky enough to time a boxing class. It was fantastic. A solid workout, and an awesome pad work education. My friend and I recently joined 12RND Fitness Mayfield East and absolutely loving it. I love the variety of the workouts and love it suits the ability of anyone. The thing I love the most is the trainers and atmosphere. We have felt welcomed and comfortable from the minute we walked through the doors. 100% recommend giving them a go. You won't regret it :)
