Amazing service. I would recommend anyone to go and see Chris with any computer issues (especially MAC, he knows his stuff). Super professional and friendly. Chris promptly attended to my laptop problem, diagnosed the problem quickly and although repairable, we decided best course of action was replace with a new one. The options were well described with the pros and cons of each. Within 24 hours i have a new laptop and it's brilliant. All my files, photos, data and Microsoft all installed and transferred, with proper protection protocols and anti virus software. Very reasonably priced too!! Thank you Chris for a prompt and friendly service. You are a lifesaver and not the first time, you've saved me, as my PC is my livelihood.

Chris did a fantastic job upgrading and repairing our MacBook Pro! We brought it to him on the verge of complete collapse and he was able to identify the impending software and hardware problems we faced straight away. He gave us a clear picture of what needed to be done and laid out several cost effective options. He also sent photos to show us what parts needed work and why. We found him to be very professional, efficient, courteous and helpful and when it came to cost, very transparent. We can't recommend him highly enough!! Thanks Chris, our refurbished MacBook works like a dream now.

I would not hesitate to recommend Chris. He upgraded by failing HP laptop with a new solid state hard drive. Whilst doing that he went above and beyond with extra services. Chris provides outstanding customer service. He is the most time efficient and technologically competent practitioner I have encountered in the field .Chris built, delivered and sourced components for a fantastic system with multiple monitors within a 48 hour timeframe. It exceeds my expectations regarding processing speed and security. It is better than what I could have hoped to have purchased from a retailer. Chris has the competitive advantage over retailers and his competitors on price and deliverables. Before considering purchasing from a retailer, I recommend discussing your needs with Chris first!
