Domino’s Pizza Terrigal

Ordered a vegan pizza tonight and it was not as advertised. Just vegan cheese and jalapeño. No plant based meats. It was terrible. When we rang to find out why they had left off ingredients we where told the don’t do them anymore. Well that’s false advertising. No offer of a different pizza or refund. No apologies. Don’t recommend ordering anything vegan Will not be ordering again.

Today me and a couple of my friends visited Terrigal Dominos but unfortunately the experience that I had today was not the best, and the employees really didn’t try and help out in any sort of way, I also have worked and still do work in customer service, and the service provided to me was highly unacceptable. We ordered two pizza and one of them was mixed up with another order, and when we went to tell them that ‘hey sorry I think you mixed up our order’ the lady serving us was new so she went up to another girl trying to ask her for help “Arianna”. And I repeated the same thing to her not intending to disrupt or sound rude at all, but she was way too rude to us and tried waving us off by saying that oh this topping is on the pizza when in the menu displayed outside it clearly doesn’t include the topping and then when she had a look herself at the menu, she said that “oh we haven’t updated our menu’s yet” which really didn’t make sense to me because if you’re running a food restaurant there’s no way that you can put up an old menu and expect people to go by that, but that aside when asked to make us another pizza since it wasn’t what we had originally ordered, the girl “Arianna” just looked at us up and down very annoyed and was like ‘ok fine we’ll make you another one’ and then proceeded to throw a whole pizza away, which is totally bonkers, if they didn’t want to have the pizza at least give it to someone in need. Then when we ordered an extra pizza the manager took our order and when I tried to complain he just simply waved it off saying “oh ok”. And when we thought it was over the last pizza we ordered was burnt, this is completely ridiculous, I’ve been to several dominos before but have never been treated this poorly before. You guys really need to sort out your customer service.

Worst pizza I’ve ever attempted to eat.Burnt and tried to be covered up by excess sauce, next to no toppings aside from the crazy amount of excess sauce. Hadn’t had domino’s in years. Will never go back. Absolutely atrocious.

We came in at the time of closing and Zac was extremely helpful and let us order three pizzas despite already being packed up. It was greatly appreciated and when we offered to tip, he politely declined as he did it out of the goodness of his heart!

Never gets my order correct. I paid for 100% of what I wanted and I expect to get 100% of my order. Ive only ordered delivery from this store 2 times they miss 1 or 2 items and they CAN NEVER get my order right. Ill be continuing to support the Erina location from now on. never again from them.

Good pizza, friendly staff and prepared pretty timely.

Never again twice I ordered online to be kept waiting and not received a call or confirmation to say what I ordered was out of stock and both times I’ve contacted the store I’ve been displeased with there response

Zak was the best worker ever. Got an amazing pizza from him such a good feed. Birthday was 10/10 thanks to his late night feast. Love the man, check this place out for sure.
