Food was delicious!Staff was really friendly.We didn’t make a reservation still they managed to find a bar table for us.This place gets really busy so make a booking.

We arrived 5 mins before booking time and were told to leave and come back in 5 minutes which was sort of weird as we were literally standing outside of the building a metre away when we could've at least been offered to sit down or wait in the entranceway as the place was empty when we arrived.But when we were let in we were served promptly and received our pizzas not long after.The atmosphere was great - low light, cozy and warm.Beautiful design and presentation.The pizzas were actually incredible - woodfired and packed with flavour. Noticeably good ingredients were used and reasonable pricing for the quality that you receive.Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Make sure to have a booking beforehand because this place gets busy!The polenta chips was delicious and crunchy! The pizzas came out steaming hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the pork Sausage pizza.The pasta in the end was also rich and flavoursome. I recommend coming here

Some friends had dined here previously and they raved about it! The place is great for dinner as a couple or group. Service was friendly and attentive, cocktails well made and the food was delicious.I highly recommend Kneading Ruby for a night out

I'm super confused why I was charged $20 P U fee on my docket when I picked up my own meal from the restaurant? I will definitely call you guys tomorrow when you open because that is ridiculous. Pasta was super small even though it's considered a main meal. even though it all tasted nice. 3 tiny meals and $102 later I won't go there again.

Coming from Sydney do lots of competition however this is up there with one of the best dinners I’ve had. Pork cutlet was sensational, gnocchi… impeccable, pork sausage pizza… phenomenal. Great service also, bartender Tom was lovely and the female server was very friendly. Very reasonably priced considering we also shared drinks… which were also amazing. Great atmosphere resulting in a very strong 11/10. Hands down best dinner in Wollongong.

Never thought I’d knead this experience, this jewel of a venue, so befitting of the gem type within its name. Oh but what’s in a name? How doth you embrace the breeze of flavours, cultivating in your factory system? You can but pray for plates full to be of many carbs, some devoid of gluten, but filled with hearty meats and vegetables. Come hither, and discover a good wench to feed your drooling desires.

A hidden gem in lanes of Wollongong. The vibe of the restaurant is unmatched. The food options for vegetarians is just enough. The gnocchi was the best amongst all with perfect texture and balance of flavour. The quantity is good for the price especially the pizza. You have options for gluten free pizza. The staff was amazing and friendly.

This place was really nice. It made our trip to Wollongong extra good. The food was very well cooked, presented and super tasty and well priced.I had the clams, prawn linguine and tiramisu. Rest of the family had gnocci, pizza and fish. All were good portions.Wine list is vast and service super kind and extra patient with our kids so kudos for that. The ambiance is nice, inviting and cosy. Give it a try!
