Been there couple of time.Asked ketchup and was “educated” that we need to add the ketchup in our mobile order. We did it today and we confirmed with the lady who passed the food to us to make sure sauce and ketchup were in the paper bag ,she said yes but she lied, no ketchups, even no sauce for chicken nuggets. Also something we found in our drink as well. So disappointing.

Not a great maccas, as the drive through ordering is slow and the burgers tend to be undersauced and fall apart quite easily. Doesn't help that these poor kids have to work in Dickson with all the resident scum bags. The main reason to go is that other local options are closed.

Filet o Fish was well delivered, chips are hot and fried well on point. Definitely one of the best McDonald joints around Canberra. Great for a quick feed! Highly recommend

Well, I did not know it was closing at 10:00 pm.(asked drive through staff and got info)It was not written anywhere on the doors.It was locked from inside at 9:45 pm.We had to get our car again and had to drive through to order our food.So, I was not happy with the display of information in the Dickson Mac.Anyway, I liked the soft serves.Thank you so much and I hope you can improve with your service information.

The berry smoothie was just like a tasteless blended ice with red colour and filled only 2/3 full. I asked the man who gave me that, and he said it was meant to be like that... I accepted and thought that was fine, but after sipping it, I definitely went for a refund. It doesn't even taste comparable to the 7-11's 1 dollar ice crush... By the end, one of the staff gave me a replacement, and the replacement was what it meant to taste like, with flavour and smooth... Not an ice crush with artificial colours! What a shame...The 1 Star was for the man's attitude and behaviour, but still appreciated the lady's post action..

Tonight after dinner, my daughter was very excited to go to the McDonald’s playground. She is disabled so she was accompanied by her two friends, and because they were over the age for the playground, they were kicked out by a very rude manager. She was not wearing a name badge so not able to say a name. Very disappointed by the customer service. Not all disabilities are visible from the outside.

Food took ages to arrive and then was dropped on the floor and had to be remade. Thickshake was 2/3 full. Many tables hadn’t been cleared (including one directly on front of the counter) and the female toilets smelt and were disgusting. Staff were standing around chatting and no one made any eye contact. Not impressed!!

After waiting 20 minutes for my order I was given the wrong order and missing my double quarter pounder. Also ice cream was half filled with minimal topping.
