Cleanaway are incapable of waste removal. When asked why bins are missed they use “scheduled service disruptions” as an excuse, and refuse to rebook missed collections. Our general waste is scheduled to be picked up twice a week and we are lucky if it gets picked up once every two weeks.On the rare occasions that the bins were collected they were not returned to an appropriate place. On a number of occasions our large dumpster was left obstructing a neighbouring businesses driveway.Customer service staff have hung up on me on more than one occasion when trying to rebook a missed pick up.

I wanted the bin removed as i was selling my property i admit i left it late I sold on the 6th of Jan, apparently the bin was picked up on the 18th, why it took 2 weeks to do that i don't know, and i was billed to the 31st of the month, well they got there money, when i phoned up about it, the person on the phone only had I'm sorry for that" as an answer

Unbelievable. Used for a business and they gradually hike up charges, turns out after a couple of years I am now paying 3 times the price for bin pick up then competition after shopping around. Then I tell them I am cancelling and they say they can match the price!!! Why wasn't I getting it for the best rate? I cancel, then they are still charging for a pick up. Please avoid or sign up at your own peril.
