Perfect place for a decent stiff coffee & a yarn. Good vibe, clean & tidy. Plenty of staff to get orders out. It's a busy business but these guys not an issue . Will return. Thanks guys

The Giraffe shope had amazing coffee and a welcoming atmosphere nestled in a nice quiet location off a main road with plenty of specialty shops around. 10/10 would giraffe again even if there were no real ones spotted

Lovely coffee but extremely disappointed to find when we got home that our breakfast was ruined because of poor packaging of your staff. Ordered 2x mighty cheese ciabattas along with other food items and they were packed at the bottom of the bag underneath everything else which is so silly when they have melted cheese on top. As a result the paper bags stuck to the food so they were completely inedible, either had paper stuck on the cheese or peeled the cheese off the bread. Would appreciate a full refund for our trouble as our breakfast was completely ruined and now we have to go and get food elsewhere.

Terrific service, on point of making coffees and always polite to any person who walks through the doors. Highly recommend to any person who likes an amazing made coffee and looking for a nice atmosphere to either catch up with a friend or have a quite place to get work done

It is hard to find people that can make a good coffee but I find majority of this store were quite well trained. I come here frequently and have never had a bad drink.

The best Zarrafas I've been to! Staff are always happy and polite. You can tell they are all enjoying being there which says a lot about management and the general environment. Happy staff means happy customers. Well done team!

Service was good and quick, atmosphere only got a 1 cause we went through thebdrive through, we got frappes but 3 of us were unwell afterwards may have been the milk as the drink wasnt very cold, would still go back though as its not necessarily the milks fault plus i love zarraffas
