Atmosphere Castle Hill

Yes, the building had issues before but in my experience, there has been follow ups from the developer in solving a number of issues in my apartment. If anything, given all the recent scrutiny of this building, this is one of the most audited apartments in Sydney to ensure good compliance, which can't be said for other apartments. Location wise, this is top notch where you are close to all amenities.

I own an apartment in 301 Old Northern Road and have it leased to different tenants since settlement 4 years ago. Except the initial settlement, the apartment had some defects to fix which Top Place managed to fix them all (including repainting the entire apartment for me as an appreciation of waiting patiently for defeat repair). After that, I don't hear any complains from my tenants. The second tenant stayed in the apartment for over a year while he was searching to buy his own house and the third tenant has stayed for more than a year. Recently, the third tenant requested to sign another 2 years lease with me as the tenant is happy with the prime location of the apartment.

I don't see any major defects, the average quality but it's the best location in Hills

Its a good or premium location in castle hill. Just next to the train station and towers and mall. The location coukdnt get any better (compare to skyview which is miles away)

Great location. Poorly made. Bathroom fans are over the toilet and not the shower so it was always wet and steamy (made it hard to fight mold). Only one park bay per car, and you weren’t allowed to use the visitor parking. The fire alarm, swear to god went off all hours of the day every other day. Apartment management wasn’t professional. Elevators would always be out of order. And a weird whistling from the floors windows outside the elevator.

Good luck if you are one of the purchasers in this building. I had a few friends purchasing here and I’m sure everyone agrees that the build quality by Toplace is EXTREMELY POOR.Just like any other buildings developed by Toplace, this one is no exception. Poor quality workmanship, cheap materials, defects and cracks all over the buildings and extremely slow resolution, but when it comes to settlement, they want purchasers to pay right on time no delay. They then ran away (extremely hard to reach out) and did not take responsibility/accountability to resolve major defects in the buildings on time. Even after dispute is raised, this builder tried to buy more time and delay response - they just don’t take accountability!Dispute raised has cost owner corporation a lot of money and yet still no resolution from this dodgy builder because they kept buying more time and ran away as far as possible. The occupancy certificate should have never been issued in the first place, but somehow they managed to get it issued with many defects and cracks still outstanding, probably because the certifier is also dodgy and associated with this builder.We can only hope the state government introduce much tougher legislation one day and teach a lesson to this dodgy developer, and get this builder to address defects with their previously completed projects.Highly recommended to NEVER EVER purchase any property from this developer - DO NOT trust your money ever investing in property built by Toplace!

We bought for investment. Our new tenant previously rented an upper floor but as the owners were selling they moved down to ours. The fact that they still wanted to stay in Atmosphere shows that they are happy with the building and prime location. The location is second to none in Castle Hill. Literally a few mins walk from the apartment to Coles and Food Court at Castle Towers, directly via the Castle Hill Metro Station tunnel.

Excessive defects.Poor quality.Not even 6 months old and everything falling apart.Can’t get your money back.You write a review and they take down.

The worst quality building ever. Dont think of buying or renting a space in this paper box apartment.1. water leakage after every rain2. lifts fail every week3. false fire alarms go on at mid night & later4. Not enough car park space5. Building management is least bothered.Save your money ! DO NOT RENT / BUY IN THIS BUILDING !
