Rick is an awesome human being, great service and unmatched helpfulness. He has tested the current car battery, helped me understand the details, price matched, fit a new one with his tools and great positive attitude. This is my second time visiting him, I’ll continue coming back to this store. Really recommend seeing Rick, makes a world of difference!!

Went to the store today looking for a part. The lady at the counter ‘Melinda’ was quite rude and abrupt when I wasn’t quick to rattle off part numbers off the top of my head. Clearly had no basic knowledge of parts associated with motoring. I won’t be going back.

Great service, went in for a click and collect and was greeted almost as soon as I walked in. Very efficient. Parking can be tricky as the home centre is popular.

Today we were helped by Ric who did an amazing job identifying and fixing the problem with our windscreen wipers that was caused by a competitor auto parts store. He was happy to help and so were the other staff in the store when we were looking for another unrelated product. Everyone was professional, welcoming and the store is clean and well stocked.We were sad when we saw the Kellyville Repco store had closed because we thought we had lost the helpful and super knowledgeable Ric but are elated to have found him at the new Castle Hill store.
