It was such a relief & a great pleasure to deal with Max from Cloud Strike (Telstra) in Oakleigh. He was only too happy to assist with my queries over the phone & also very helpful upon visiting the store. Max was very knowledgeable & offered a great deal! We will definitely be visiting Max again for all our telecommunications needs...you will never visit another Telstra store again after you’ve visited Max at Cloud Strike/oakleigh!

Amazing service!Bought a mobile service online directly from the service provider. Couldn’t get the activation completed and had to visit an authorised store for activation. The store owner solved all the activation at no cost and he was friendly and kind. Highly recommended this to anyone!

This girl 'Ash' at the store was exceptional in helping me out in swapping a faulty Telstra sim and activating it at the same time which I bought from another Store. What looked to be a complicated process as spoken to some other store, she went over and above to help me in the best possible manner. The Best Ever Service experienced!!
