Today we had our first clean done by Megan and we were gobsmacked at how AMAZING our house looked and smelt!! Thank you so much Megan!! You dont understand how much more family time we can now have thanks to you! P.S. love the attention to detail

I was inspired to contact Dustaway as I had been visiting a friend whose house had been cleaned by them and it was immaculate.When I contacted Dustaway to provide services for me, they did not disappoint. The house was sparkling. The job was done efficiently and on time. Highly recommend!

I took original review down but have thought better of it. Having to look for new cleaner, I have relied on reviews. Honest reviews are relied upon to make informed decisions about a business. So I am putting my review back up.Was with them for about 8 months as a NDIA recipient.Trying to shorten this review as much as possible but also wanting to alert other possible clients with chronic medical conditions as i don’t want others to go through this.Had had quite a few issues but stuck with them as I thought issues were improving.I Have many medical conditions which has deteriorated last few months.Cleaner heard my husband helping me out of bed crying I felt unwell. Only got up as I also have spinal arthritis and need to move. Cleaner followed me asking if I was ok and what was wrong. Told her I had virus weeks ago which had impacted few chronic medical conditions. Got virus Easter and as my cleans were cancelled due to Easter i didn’t need to notify them. Week after Easter she saw I was unwell and asked if I had taken pain relief so knew I was unwell then but wasn't an issue then?I Went outside, didn't take phone, came back in found missed call from their office. Was told cleaner was concerned and as I didn't answer call they told her to leave as she has at risk clients and didn't want to risk them. I'm high risk so understand that, but Issue was I didn't know she had even left until I came back inside as she left quietly saying nothing. She spoke to me whilst I was struggling and could have asked if I was contagious or that she was even leaving but didn't. They concluded I put others at risk and she just left mid bathroom clean. Call felt accusatory and I wrongly yelled over phone but i was unwell and shocked to find cleaner left without a word when she could have just asked if i was contagious.I emailed owner Luke to explain and apologised for yelling. I missed his call later in day as I was in the hospital. messaged to let him know I was in hospital and I would get in touch when I was able. I ended up emailing him 3 days later to which he never replied. He also cancelled all my scheduled cleans without a word. Situation has impacted not only my physical health but has effected my mental health. No empathy or professionalism shown from dust away team.EDIT: Shortly after posting this review, the owner reached out to discuss my review. He stated he didn’t know I was out of hospital and thought I would call when out, also that he re checked emails and there was none from me.I didn’t cancel my cleans and he never notified me he was cancelling them until i called to let him know i was home and I had received automated email replies for 2 emails i had sent 3 days apart and that he has always received my emails before.He stated he and his team never intended to make me feel the way I did and apologised. I thanked him and said I would remove my review. I was then wished all the best and thanked for my support over the year.I had every intention of deleting this review but after discussing it with others, we all came to same conclusion that had I not written this review, I would not have heard from him. I’m unwell, not stupid. The only one impacted by any of this is me. Left unwell, having to try and clean my house.

I've had Ellie clean my house through my NDIS plan. She is fantastic! I cannot recommend Dust Away enough! My Plan Coordinator was able to book really quickly and easily and the company was accommodating and understanding. Ellie was prompt, professional and omg is she a miracle worker or what!? Blown away by her attention to detail and how thorough she cleans but within the time frame. I am a very happy customer :)

We had an exit clean on a rental property and the job the boys did was amazing. thoroughly recommend 5 stars
