Tomas project managed the repairs for our insurance claim, smoothly organising the timelines and trades. He is experienced, well organised, professional, customer-orientated and an excellent communicator. Patrick, the builder assigned, was great at his job and was also a pleasure to work with. Any questions we had were patiently addressed, and any niggles with the job were always quickly worked through to our satisfaction with minimum fuss.Tomas, Patrick and the team at UBP had our back and carried out our repairs quickly and to a good standard. After our first builder went bust 2/3rds of the way through the build, we weren't very happy with builders. But thankfully our insurance assigned UBP to finish our build which has now restored our faith in builders. The quality of workmanship they employ is second to none and we are ecstatic with how our house turned out. Their team of tradies were so professional and always respectful of our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend UBP for anyone needing a good builder.

I can not Thank unique builders enough, not only for their professionalism they took away a lot of stress from me, their timing and hard work, they kept me informed at all stages throughout the works being carried out.
