The team at Rapid Tune East Brisbane provided me with exceptional, personalised service and went above and beyond to have my vehicle ready for me at the time I requested. I will definitely be a returning customer and can confidently recommend them to others.

Paid for the service and they did nothing. Evidenced by the oil being like glug on the next service and the service only taking 30 minutes including “spark plug change”. Also tried to make me pay for a brand new battery that had only just been changed the week prior from another provider. Seems like a rip off if you ask me. Perhaps invest in your staff and ethical business.

Have used these guys for services and safety certificate when selling a vehicle. Honest, well priced and friendly service. Great workshop!!!

They advertised in Buranda Village car park, explain that they wants more peoples to knows them save about $800-$900 for just purchase $200 bucks well done deal! I Bought the voucher , Called the East Brisbane Location told them I bought the package, the guy immediately rapped into the phone said nothing is for free we put our price up you need to pay extra for each service in the package blablabla.... Extremely rude and ripped off!!! Don't ever buy a vouchers from them or any car park that they are trying to advertise you will be paying a lot more then that. They don't even deserve a one star!

Great service, the owner is very friendly and a family buisness. I have a 2020 LDV with some DPF issues. They were booked out for a month however spoke to the owner as my car was in full limp mode and he said he could fit me in as it was an emergency. Highly reccomend

Overall, fantastic service provided. They even took me home and picked me up once my car was ready to be collected! Great to find a honest, reliable local mechanic that offers a wide range of services.

TerribleThey didn't fix the problem at allThey broke the dashboard and glued it back together with super glueAnd didn't say anything about it at allThey said the front A arms need replacing and left the play in the back diffSo we trusted themAnd got things replaced and still noisy from the back of the carWorn out universal not replacedBroke climate control unit and replaced it with the incorrect unit that half workedAnd light switch was hanging out from the dashboardThe car has never been the same sinceWe did take the car back 3 times. And by this time we released we are being ripped offI hope this helps someone else in the future as this was a big headache in the end

My Hilux was a little broken.. Transmission, AC, brakes, CV Joints so with a leap of faith and no recommendations I dropped the truck into Rapid Tune E. Brisbane.Armando the manager was fabulous and the boss Sergio methodically fixed my Hilux.They had it for several days and I did not expect to have it for Christmas but sure enough they surprised me and also considering all the work done I was pleasantly surprised with the invoice.Good job boysHighly recommendedAlberto
