Stayed at the onsite camping spot for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed not only the peaceful water’s edge position but also of course, the crays: BBQ’d for a lunch and the next day day, done in a mild garlic-chilli pasta dish for a dinner. It doesnt come any more fresh than straight out of water. It’s a credit to Alex and family that entrepreneurial gems like this are getting off the ground and delivering great agricultural products for us all to enjoy.

First time I’ve tasted fresh water crayfish and they are so good!I can’t wait to get back there for more. If you are in the area make sure to pop in on a Saturday and get yourself some. Alex points you in the right direction with how to cook them and is so welcoming.

Alex is super friendly, and actually has camping available at his place! Beautiful spot heaps of trees and considering how close to home you are, it feels like your miles away from anything! Great tours of his property and a fantastic weekend!

The best Red Claw I've tasted. And an amazing spot to camp at.The red claw are so sweet. Juicy and were a great size.Highly recommend the drive out to Beaudesert to see what they are all about.Cheers Alex for everything

Best redclaw crayfish I’ve ever eaten! Pick up is easy and the farm is a beautiful place to visit. Plus, Alex is friendly, highly knowledgeable about crayfish, and is happy to provide cooking suggestions. Definitely recommend!
