This is in good location, vegetable nearby, BWS, food court, many things useful shops around. Phone signal reception is very bad, free wifi is zero. The rest everything very good.

Woolworths,Nice to know that your employees making direct comments to a Customer for bringing their own bags that so happens to have another brand on them.Let's make a comment and expect our Customers to purchase NEW bags with our logos instead of reusing and recycling because a small profit of cents for bags is better for our Company instead of the environment""

This is honestly the worst place woolworths in term of customer service the staff show so much attitude for no reason at this point I think they just end up hiring anyone at this point, tbh I rather drive another 10km to another woolworths then to go back here again. If u like getting talked back then you are welcome to go here as the term of manners doesn't exist within the woolworths, the staff is honestly just useless.

Great little grocery store for your everyday needs, good deals on food, cosmetics and even tupperware.50% of the time that I do come here, it is out of stock on the things I need, that’s been at different times of the day ie: morning, afternoon night on different days of the week too. So I’m not too sure which day is the best to do your shop.

I shopping in this store since opening about 20 years ago, however, store is going down the hill in last 3 years so significantly that is not funny. Yesterday, once again i punches meat that was exp next 2 day. When i open it smell so badly that i had to discard to outside bin. Last week i had to discard black label juice which had 12 days to exp date. Now with increased cost of living who can not afford to shop in the store where obviously storage of perishable food is problem.

This is our local store, but we now bypass it for Sunnybank Hills or IGA Algester. It is always a mess, understaffed, and 9/10 times the website says they have a product in stock they actually don't (I suspect they don't update every 2 hours as they should). Here's hoping they can lift their game soon!

Would give them a 5 if they employed more staff in the afternoon. I have a busy life with work. Standing in line for 30min is not what I’ll do again. Would have given a 4 star. But all the idiots using the parents and disabled car parks when there not are poor humans !! The fruit shop people park there cars out front during the day ???? Bedsides that Woolies are great !!

Bought a small pasta salad this evening and found a big bit of plastic in it when I got home to eat it. Not worth me taking it back for a refund but, wanted to share.

Terrible experience today, was shocked at the customer service received at self service checkout. The lady was absolutely RUDE. If you are like that, you should not be serving customers!!

Woolies you’ve got an awesome team member- Haylee!! Been looking EVERYWHERE for Kodak film as there is a shortage in the state. Even though your store didn’t have any she helped me find what stores did. I got in touch with them and will be getting it tomorrow. She is wonderful and definitely deserves the praise!
